Washington University in St. Louis has begun promoting the use of renewable energy systems to power its campus as an overall effort to use "clean energy" systems. Students at the University have to be credited with the installation of the first set of solar panels on Olin Library. Brauer Hall has a set of Solar PV systems installed on the roof.
